• Google/Yahoo User Data: When you authenticate using Google or Yahoo, we receive your email address and basic profile information solely to verify your identity against our active Executive Committee (EC) directory.
• Usage and Device Data: We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, and device information (User Agent) when you log in. We also track your quiz attempts, scores, and module viewing history for administrative analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following internal purposes:

• Authentication: To securely log you into the portal and verify that you are an active SMS ExCom member.
• Security: IP addresses and device information are logged to monitor for unauthorized access, brute-force attacks, and to protect the integrity of the portal.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is strictly kept within the Sharjah Malayali Samajam organization. Activity logs and scores are only accessible to authorized Super Admins for internal auditing and tracking purposes.

4. Data Retention and Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Your login credentials (if using manual login) are securely hashed. Data is retained only as long as you are an active member of the Executive Committee, or as required by our internal security auditing policies.
