Access to this portal is strictly restricted to active Executive Committee (EC) members of the Sharjah Malayali Samajam, and authorized Super Admins. If your term as an EC member expires or is terminated, your access to this portal will be revoked immediately. You are not permitted to share your login credentials or grant access to any third party.

All content included on this portal, such as text, quizzes, graphics, and logos, is the property of Sharjah Malayali Samajam. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any part of this content outside of the organization without prior written consent.
You acknowledge and agree that your usage of the portal is monitored. This includes, but is not limited to, the tracking of your login attempts, IP addresses, device information, module viewing history, and quiz scores. This data is utilized to measure EC engagement and safeguard portal security.
SMS WebMaster reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the portal at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to the organization.
